Tallow was a popular skincare ingredient used by our ancestors and is now making a big comeback in the skincare industry and for good reason - This immensely nourishing rendered form of pure animal fat contains a high percentage of fat-soluble vitamins.
Frankincense, the ancient resin famously gifted to Jesus at his birth 2000 years, can also help the skin appear smoother and softer, while reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Our Frankincense Tallow Balm is slowly infused with golden aromatic Frankincense Resin, known for its “tissue remodeling” properties.
Our Frankincense Tallow Balm also contains Squalane Oil from Sugarcane and Jojoba for added moisturizing and barrier-replenishing properties.

Skin Type: Most skin types will benefit from our Frankincense Tallow Balm. As a face moisturizer, Tallow works really great for some people, but for some it can be comedogenic (pore clogging) for the face - We recommend listening to your skin! If you are noticing more breakouts after using Tallow, you can use it solely as a body moisturizer.
Suggested Use: Tallow can be used as an all-over moisturizer. Apply a light layer to face, neck, arms and legs! To lock in hydration and help ingredients penetrate more deeply into the skin, we recommend applying the balm while your skin is still damp after showering or washing your face. If used as a face moisturizer, The Tallow Balm would be the final step of your routine.
Aroma: No Essential Oils are used in our Frankincense Tallow Balm. Our Tallow is slowly infused with Frankincense Resin and most would describe the aroma as earthy, woody, piney, or balsamic, and at the same time soft, sweet, and citrusy.
